This Shipping Policy covers all orders delivered within Australia.

How Long Delivery Takes

We aim to get every order processed and on its way as fast as possible. Current estimates:

Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (GMT+10:00). Orders received after this time are processed on the next business day.
Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded)
Transit: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery: 7–11 business days from the moment your order is placed

Please treat these as estimates rather than guarantees — busy periods, public holidays and carrier disruptions can occasionally add time.
